All of our reviews and questions are captured on unique external pages for Shopify. This method has many advantages to inline forms:

1. Avoid additional javascript and asset payload on your important product pages! (i.e. improved page load performance)
2. Improve the capture interface with more space (i.e. better UX)
3. Provide for much more robust media capture
4. Link directly from Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or another mail service provider
